Xiangqi
Chinese Chess board game against a computer opponent. To win you need to capture the general of your opponent.
How to Play
Shift your pieces according to their specific movement rules. The Commander can only travel one square at a time within the fortress. Mandarins must stay within diagonal moves within the palace. Elephants move exactly two squares diagonally and cannot move to the opponent's side. Horses move one square straight and then one square diagonally, if not impeded by adjacent pieces. Rooks move any number of squares straight, making them powerful attackers. Cannons move like chariots but must jump over exactly one piece. Soldiers move forward one square and attack sideways after crossing the river. Remove the opponent's general to win the game. Think ahead your moves carefully to checkmate the computer opponent.
